Ronit brings over 25 years of global experience in alternative investments, high-tech and M&A’s. Served as vice president of Battery Ventures and nowadays as board member for Ayalon Holdings and 4 other public companies and is personally familiar with the tight knit community of entrepreneurs, scientists, investors, and government agencies - globally. Ronit is a respected corporate governance and business development expert who has led investments in successful global companies.

Holds an MBA from Baruch College in New York City and PhD in Psychology.
